Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI models and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Drive research initiatives in Quantum Computing integration and Generative AI optimization.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our next-generation product suite.
- Oversee the deployment of secure, cloud-native ML infrastructure using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure end-to-end system reliability, data integrity, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 8+ years of progressive experience.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions at global scale.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
