Responsibilities
- Design & Implement: Architect and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and Agentic workflows.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring scalability and performance for future demands.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using edge computing and quantization techniques.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends in AI, including multimodal models and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
