- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution or post-quantum computing implications
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Kumu.io or Palisade @Risk
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
