Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in tech evolution
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with VPs to translate strategic vision into executable product roadmaps
- Present findings to C-suite and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Manage innovation incubators for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
