Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead the migration and optimization of MLOps pipelines to support high-volume, real-time inference.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 'AI of 2026' product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific research into production-ready features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and AI safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies including Diffusion Models and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production-level deep learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product cycles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
