What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, focusing on longevity, scalability, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 project, integrating cutting-edge machine learning models into core business logic.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale neural networks and optimize inference pipelines for real-time performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
