Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads by 2026.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Define the technical vision for AI agents and autonomous systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and ethical standards.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to mitigate AI risks and ensure robust data governance.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency to support real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in designing and implementing Machine Learning systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models, including Large Language Models and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
