Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, latency reduction, and model efficiency for the coming years.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust distributed systems capable of handling billions of data points and high-concurrency AI workloads.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the transition of experimental models into production environments using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, automated retraining pipelines).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). Proven experience designing scalable microservices.
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- MLOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and drive technical strategy.
