Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting complex, real-time decision-making processes.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive innovation in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning and deployment using MLOps pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business objectives into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI transparency, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role specifically focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is essential.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in designing NLP systems, Computer Vision pipelines, or Reinforcement Learning agents.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on system scalability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
