Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to improve qubit coherence times

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks and high-performance computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
