Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies like generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- System Integration: Integrate diverse technologies into a unified ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software components.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our systems remain compliant and relevant well into the 2026 horizon.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI models to ensure real-time latency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
