Responsibilities
- <ul><li><p>Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for 2026 performance standards.</p></li><li><p>Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to integrate AI solutions into core products.</p></li><li><p>Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.</p></li><li><p>Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI concepts.</p></li><li><p>Optimize model inference speed and resource efficiency for edge and cloud environments.</p></li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><p>PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI.</p></li><li><p>Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of innovation in AI.</p></li></ul>
