Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructures capable of handling next-generation data streams and AGI models.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, defining the architecture for our flagship 2026 products.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms to optimize processing power.
- Code and Mentor: Write production-grade Python code and mentor a team of junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Implement robust guardrails to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and systems architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production launch.
- Quantum Insight: Experience or strong interest in quantum machine learning and hybrid computing models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
