Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable MLOps pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models.
- Lead the architectural design of next-gen neural networks, focusing on Transformer architectures and multimodal AI.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) and deploying them via APIs.
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI safety protocols.
