Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer experiences.
- Research novel architectures and algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained across all systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LangChain.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
