Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with scenario planning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Present executive-level reports on disruptive opportunities and potential market disruptions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against future trend projections
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
