- Analyze technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
