Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring our stack is future-proofed for 2026 standards and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems for peak efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for coding standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines across the engineering team.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and high-availability architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
