Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and pipelines optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead the development and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure model robustness, interpretability, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI infrastructure scaling.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps, model serving, and real-time inference optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
