Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals.
- Lead Architectural Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure that support enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into actionable business value.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define clear technical visions for future products.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
