What You Will Do
As the Architect of our 2026 roadmap, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect fault-tolerant, high-throughput ML pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Lead Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Networks) to integrate into our core platform.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
