Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines, cloud architectures, and distributed computing systems.
- GenAI Strategy: Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends (including Quantum Computing readiness) and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and NLP.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, low-latency systems handling massive data volumes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
