- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, ethical AI development, and continuous learning.
- Oversee model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using modern MLOps practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing complex software architectures, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or edge computing paradigms is a major plus.
