- Architect the 2026 AI Stack: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures utilizing LLMs, Agents, and predictive modeling.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering team in adopting cutting-edge frameworks and best practices for production AI deployment.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to define the technical vision and roadmap for our upcoming product releases.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve efficiency.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging research from top AI conferences and academic papers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
