Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI infrastructure with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI frameworks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact prototypes.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices are embedded in every layer of the architecture.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
