Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI convergence and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead cross-functional squads in prototyping high-impact solutions for the 2026 consumer and enterprise landscape.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge hardware and software stacks, including neural interfaces and edge computing frameworks.
- Partner with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable, scalable product roadmaps.
- Drive innovation sprints, fostering a culture of rapid prototyping and scientific experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Quantum Algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup or tech giant environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field is preferred.
