We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our next-generation agentic AI systems. Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and machine learning systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, including agentic workflows and quantum-ready algorithms.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen LLMs, edge computing) into our core products.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring our infrastructure can handle massive data throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to think ahead of the curve; experience with futuristic tech stacks or early adoption of emerging paradigms is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies effectively.
