Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-digital convergence) for strategic adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology expertise
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong portfolio of launched products/services with future-tech integration
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
