Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture leadership roles.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA; proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong theoretical background in quantum algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
