Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models in production environments using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency to ensure real-time performance.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering high-impact commercial products.
