Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for our core products.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning and generative AI to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
