- Identify and analyze disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design strategic roadmaps for industry transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders across 15+ countries
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
