- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams for the 2026 roadmap.
- Pioneer Agentic AI: Lead research and implementation of autonomous AI agents that can perform complex, multi-step reasoning without human intervention.
- Optimize Inference Latency: Engineer model compression and quantization techniques to ensure real-time performance on edge devices and decentralized networks.
- Drive Ethical AI Standards: Establish and enforce frameworks for fairness, transparency, and safety in all AI outputs, ensuring alignment with global regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-grade software.
- Patent & Innovation: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives aimed at securing patents for breakthrough algorithms in multimodal learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX with a proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building Large Language Models (LLMs) or Deep Reinforcement Learning systems.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Probability Theory.
- System Design: Experience designing distributed systems and microservices for high-concurrency environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
