The Role:
As our Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems. You will collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and software engineers to create a seamless, intelligent ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for next-generation Autonomous Agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time inference and reduce computational overhead for edge deployment.
- Lead the research and development of novel AI alignment techniques to ensure safety and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AGI capabilities into consumer hardware and cloud platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, publishing research where applicable.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Systems Engineering.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
