Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable deep learning models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time processing and edge deployment.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior data scientists to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate quantum computing concepts into classical ML pipelines.
- Define data governance strategies to ensure model integrity and fairness.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
