The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring. Your work will define the technical standards for our organization in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).Design and optimize deep learning models for high-volume, low-latency environments.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready software.Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product roadmap.Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.Proven experience designing systems that handle millions of requests per second.Strong knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (specific to 2026 tech stacks).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
