Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats in future tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Ensure ethical implementation of next-gen technologies including AI governance frameworks
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, AWS)
