Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Design, implement, and optimize novel deep learning architectures and algorithms.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Publication: Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model training, inference speed, and resource utilization.
- Strategic Planning: Identify emerging trends in AI and define the technical roadmap for 2026 Labs.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to completion.
