Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for the '2026 Vision' initiative, focusing on autonomous agent workflows.
- Optimize neural network inference for edge devices and high-performance cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and explainability within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and product managers to translate abstract concepts into deployable code.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into complex, real-world enterprise ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern neural network architectures.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
