Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Future-Proofing: Strong understanding of upcoming hardware trends (e.g., neuromorphic chips) and their impact on software architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
