Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructures tailored for the 2026 computing landscape, including edge computing and distributed cloud environments.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in real-world applications.
- AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance to ensure responsible innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, implementing A/B testing and feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectures for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready systems, neuromorphic computing).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
