Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI pipelines for high-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models (Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying successful ML models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams or projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
