Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning systems tailored for autonomous agents and generative workflows.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring seamless integration of legacy systems with next-gen AI.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy advanced NLP and computer vision models.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security in high-traffic environments.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-modal AI systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
