Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance within the engineering team.
- Translate complex research concepts into production-ready software solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models to production environments using Kubernetes and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and high-performance computing.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
