We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and large-scale data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to production environments using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve model inference speed and accuracy while optimizing for cost and latency.
- Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineers to build robust pipelines and data lakes that feed our AI models.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflow.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of ML models, from experimental prototyping to A/B testing and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex data problems and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
