Responsibilities
- Architect high-performance, scalable AI infrastructures tailored for the 2026 computing era.
- Lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency and throughput in real-time applications.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical use.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Database architectures.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Hugging Face ecosystem, and LangChain.
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments at massive scale.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical projects.
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field is a plus.
