Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-ready models.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms focused on NLP and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 strategic roadmaps into technical blueprints.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency using edge computing.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions to market.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
