Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-gen generative models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Research emerging technologies and evaluate their feasibility for future integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems for high availability and low latency.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical AI.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
