Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of transformer-based models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimization: Minimize latency and maximize inference speed for edge deployment on next-gen hardware.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate them into our core product stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
