Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems for next-generation AI and spatial computing applications.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps that align with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure system security, efficiency, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, distributed systems, and edge computing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
